What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed QA Engineer with a frontend specialization to join our growing engineering team at Luminest Solutions. You’ll be the final guardian of quality — ensuring our AI-powered web platforms are pixel-perfect, bug-free, and performance-optimized before they reach end users. In this role, you won’t just find bugs — you’ll architect quality. You’ll work in close collaboration with frontend developers, product managers, and UX designers to build robust test strategies from the ground up. You’ll champion a shift-left testing culture and leave your mark on products that operate at scale.

What You’ll Own

Design & execute end-to-end test strategies
for frontend applications — including unit, integration, regression, and visual testing pipelines.
Build and maintain automated test suites
using tools like Playwright or Cypress, covering critical user flows across browsers and devices.
Identify, document, and triage bugs
with precision and clear reproduction steps; collaborate with devs to resolve issues rapidly.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
(GitHub Actions, Jenkins) to enable continuous quality feedback on every commit.
Perform performance & accessibility testing
using tools like Lighthouse, axe, and WebPageTest — and drive improvements accordingly.
Collaborate in Agile ceremonies
sprint planning, standups, retros — and contribute to QA process improvements as the team scales.

What We’re Looking For

Must Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of QA experience with a strong frontend focus
  • Expertise in automated testing tools such as Selenium and Cypress
  • Skilled in writing detailed test plans and test cases for complex applications
  • Proficient in bug tracking and reporting using JIRA and TestRail
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers
  • Strong knowledge of performance and security testing methodologies
  • Capable of mentoring junior QA engineers and leading QA projects
